Rebecca Van Regenmorter

Head Brewer and Assistant Manager

Rebecca Van Regenmorter is a native of Iowa and came to Dickinson after graduating with a B.S. in Agronomy from South Dakota State University in 2019.  Rebecca originally joined the Phat Fish team in the summer of 2019 while working on a Comprehensive Brewing Diploma from the American Brewer's Guild of Middlebury, Vermont.  Now that she has completed her brewing training, she serves as both head brewer and assistant manager of day to day operations at Phat Fish.
