Jade Sheffield

Head Brewer

Jade is a native of Wyoming and a graduate of Dickinson State University and the University of North Dakota (2020) with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.  She is also a graduate of the American Brewers Guild Intensive Brewing Science and Engineering for Working Brewers course (2022).  Jade served as Assistant Brewer at Phat Fish from March 2021 to July of 2022.  To our knowledge, she is the only female professional head brewer in North Dakota.
